But your stop count was much lower..I put in almost 40 years without A/C. Never had a problem. Stop being a bunch of pusillanimous!
I am 9.5'n'em every week for months and still haven't had a grievance paid since late February. No quad for meAt quadruple time after 9.5 do I really need a brain?
Stifle yourself. We had to carry packages uphill every delivery. And it was also uphill on the way back to the package car. The sun was also directly over our routesBut your stop count was much lower..

I don't think it's the BAs fault but he could probably apply some pressure. There haven't been center level meetings. When Stuart gets a meeting he goes thru the drivers last names alphabetically and never gets to me. I have told him he needs to do it chronological by the date they were signed into record butTell your BA to get moving!

Sounds like the labor manager isn’t giving the appropriate amount of time to the hearing or canceling hearings. Might be time for labor board charges from the business agent. Four months without having your grievances heard is not really acceptable, especially when you’re running out of time to get to quadruple time from the next level meeting.Sounds fishy
Yep, the labor manager loves it because the longer he can drag out until you get to that next level meeting last time they have to pay quadruple time for the yearSounds fishy

WinnerThat is the fault of many drivers. Managements job was to push me to do more stops per hour. My job was to figure out how to do less stops per hour. They said I should be doing 20 stops per hour on my route. By the time I retired I was down to 14 per hour and that was with them riding with me or own my own. I was always way over allowed every day and they left me alone because I had the same results with them riding with me or without. I would tell drivers things to do but almost every one of them would say “but my route“ and the excuses started. Most Drivers can‘t Break the “I got to get home” thinking. My wife knew Mon thru Fri there were no plans. When I went to work I mentally planned on a 12 hr day and anything less was a plus.

Yeah but center manager and Stuart. I'm still waiting on the first level hearings. It's whatever; slow money is no money and I know I have a big lump sum payment coming from my UPS savings account at some point here. Pretty sure I have almost 150 hours of penalty I'm waiting onSounds like the labor manager isn’t giving the appropriate amount of time to the hearing or canceling hearings.
