Frankly they should make that standard equipment on all vehicles. I get tired of seeing people pushing 60 in a 30 zone. If an interstate is 70 then 75 is plenty fast enough.

Limit to 80mph which is the suggested limit for the Autobahn and most of Europe. (130kmh)
World needs more consistency.

It sounds more like a plan to generate more revenue. I'm sure those devices would have to be inspected and certified.
6 tickets is a lot but not all speeding tickets are the same. Especially if you drive through speed trap towns that will give you a ticket for a couple of miles over the limit.
