De Blasio: NYC Might ‘Shelter in Place.’ Cuomo: No, It Won’t.
On Tuesday, Mayor Bill de Blasio announced he was considering a shelter-in-place order for New York City, and that he would make the determination in the next 48 hours. The order, if implemented, would restrict New Yorkers from leaving their homes “except for essential needs,” like shopping for food and visiting health-care providers.
Apparently, New York governor Andrew Cuomo didn’t take the possibility seriously at all.
“Any blanket quarantine or shelter in place policy would require State action and as the Governor has said,
there is no consideration of that for any locality at this time,” a statement from Cuomo’s office read.

Some Democrats are openly talking up New York governor Andrew Cuomo, whose profile has soared during the crisis, as a Biden stand-in. Yesterday, a Draft Cuomo 2020 account on Twitter announced that “Times have changed & we need Gov. Cuomo to be the nominee. Our next POTUS must be one w/an ability to lead thru this crisis.”

There does seem to be a great deal of ignorance amongst New York politicians about the Federal Style of governments we have in the United States of America.
First it was Cuomo and now it's De Blasio ... or could it be, they are trying to shift blame from themselves to Trump?
Of course, the ignorant dumbbutts at MSNBC don't have a clue.
Apparently, no one at MSNBC ever read the Constitution or took a civics class in school.
All they studied was Marx, Lenin and Socialism.
