OPL Checks???

Here It is April 17th and I haven't received my check for OPL, anybody else not gotten their check? Does anyone know who I can call? Thank you for any help.

I've gotten mine but have handed it over to the lawyer...If you endorse it that may comprimise your settlement in a class action that is seeking a share swap of between 3 to 4 UPS shares for every OPL share.

Excuse me hitthebigone but do you really believe UPS would ever agree to that no matter how many lawyers get involved?

Don't forget that many of us have automatic deposit of all dividend checks.

WVbrown, go to Yahoo finance UPS message board I believe it was a poster there that released the law firm doing it I think there is more than one, they will all want a cut of this action, its huge!
