Option days

Unless it's changed in this current contract, South East region gets their option week on Jan 1st after 3 full years worked at Jan 1st. I got screwed with my Feb hire there.

It appears to be different from area to area. Here you have to have at least 2 years seniority on any given May 1 to get the two paid optional days.

Not sure if the South East region changed how optional days are awarded, but I am sure the South East region changed. It's just the East region now.

Well it seems you're probably right, I don't have my old contract to verify, but my new one says just Southern. Oh well, can't fault a guy for assuming Florida would be in a South Eastern region.
