What CEO, as well as the executive leadership, doesn't care about profit? If they don't care, they shouldn't be CEO.

There were a lot that understood if they took care of the customer. It meant profits would go up and grow the business. The current believe that they don't need to make commits, or even try to make commit times. It better to have less here and not make them. Then to pay a few extra to be here.
