If I'm not mistaken, your guaranteed 3.5 hours per scheduled workday. So yes you are correct. If however you are a new hire (by that I mean you have not made your one year anniversary), than you did not get paid holiday pay for the 26th of December and the 2nd of January. That being the case, if you worked at least 3.5 hours each scheduled workday, for the past two weeks, you would have to have a minium of 14 hours for each week.
Btw, I'm never had a problem with 3.5 hour minium, so maybe some else can shed some light on how that works.
