I have been working as a part time sup at working on the lowers of the 767s for about a month and a half. I love it. Quite a few things going on at a time and it can be stressful, but all in all I really enjoy the work and am doing well. I have not had the supervisor experiences that others have had that are mentioned here on the forums. I am sure its complex based on your full-time sup and your fellow part-timers sups and crew, but all in all I am doing quite well as a sup (with the exception of some serious attitude from sups who have been there for years). I have been told that raises your first year are at 6 months and then again at 1 year and then again every following year. My question is what to expect or negotiate for based on work performance, reliability, communication, etc?
