What is the process that a manager has to go by if he wants to fire a part time supervisor?

A manager can suspend you immediately and remove you from the building. Then the manager must get with the Division manager to justify the firing through demonstrating multiple documented warnings for whatever performance related issue or one of the cardinal sins

Obviously, your career at UPS has slowed to a stop. You need your manager's blessing to make the jump to driver, as long as all his requirements are filled. Your supervisor gig will look good on a resume.
