    PT get 10 minute breaks . How many hours are they allow to make u work before giving you a break? As a PT that is . Thank you in advance for your replies . :)
  2. Depends in your local supplement. Here they can not make you take a break before the first hour.

  4. Different areas of the country have different rules on different things. That's why it's hard to get a specific answer on here.

    Why do you need a break being that your the best sorter alive you should be able to go 8hrs without stopping?

    I have sorted for 10+ hours with only one 10 minute break.

    Souther supplement (or maybe in the master) "break not to be taken before the end of the fist hour, or after the 3rd hour) going off memory there.

    @Brownslave688 some states have laws requiring a certain amount of hours worked before getting a break.

    We would work 10 hours on preload during peak and only get a 30 minute break. We never had a break on a regular shift.

    We all get a 10 min paid break. It’s in the contract

    No breaks in my building for p/t.
    Supplement states it is up to management discretion.
