Basically it's saying in a normal day you would get overtime after 5 hours. If you double shift you wouldn't get overtime until after 8 hours.
It's called getting a paycheck for working...I want the attendance bonus during peak
No we had peak hires who get 200.00 a week just for showing up on their scheduled days regardless of they work or standing aroundIt's called getting a paycheck for working...

$35/ hr?? How do you come up with that?200$ weekly bonus for a loader + base pay is the equivalent of like 35$ an hour considering they’re working around 25 a week.
If I’d been there for a long time and was only making 15 and some new hire was making 35$ an hour, I wouldn’t be very happy.
It’s more like $23. $15 hr x 25 hrs + $200 = $575/25 hrs = $23.$35/ hr?? How do you come up with that?
Ok, that’s sounds better. I thought 35 seemed high but didn’t feel like doing math tonight..........lolIt’s more like $23. $15 hr x 25 hrs + $200 = $575 % 25 hrs = $23.
Waiting on a table at Outback. I’ve got nothing better to do.Ok, that’s sounds better. I thought 35 seemed high but didn’t feel like doing math tonight..........lol
All PTers got the bonus not just new hires. I got hired on when UPS was only giving a $100 bonus last summer. When they bumped it up to $200 that fall to get more peak season hires, every PTer got $200 also, not just new hires.200$ weekly bonus for a loader + base pay is the equivalent of like 35$ an hour considering they’re working around 25 a week.

I meaaaaaaaan.....yea?Quick question, I’m looking for a second part time gig, but PCM on preload is starting to mention we will be working 10 hour days in a month.
Will it be legit 10 hour days in early November thru Christmas?
Oh wow smh. In my hub PTers who were here for years even got the bonus. One PTer that has been here going on 25 years even got itThere were buildings where everyone who started before the bonus was enacted got zilch.
