None, they are already stretched thin as is. We are just waiting for ground cutoff
We can barely get pm to make pu. Dispatch always gives us any pu they can to prevent the pm couriers from asking for help. Yet pm never helps on Mothers Day or another day that they can put in a full day.
I was always to busy getting pups for full time routes that just drag their feet during peak. "Can you drive 20 miles out of your way to do all of rt 123 pups, he still has 20 deliveries and no break yet" literally my favorite peak message
I have a friend who worked in Colorado a few years ago. He told me many of the sub-divisions aren't on any maps, so the couriers draw the maps and hand them out.
Most of my new subdivisions in North Texas area are not on Google/Bing maps. The only save is going to the city hall to get some engineered maps and have Fdx Office run off some copies for me and swing drivers.
won't hit the fan til the 12th, then it's managers begging you to work 13 hours everyday to get the freight out
Man, seniority is awesome! I haven't heard about, or worried about RTB in forever. Lol.And because of the late freight, they'll want you to start an hour later. But be sure to make your RTB!

We used to always start at normal time or earlier the last 2 weeks, our first truck was generally always on time.
What does seniority have to do with RTB times?Man, seniority is awesome! I haven't heard about, or worried about RTB in forever. Lol.
Because they leave me alone. Lol.What does seniority have to do with RTB times?
Has nothing to do with seniority. My experience has been they generally don't give women a hard time about numbers.Because they leave me alone. Lol.
They sure give me a hard time for forgetting to punch out on that punch out thing. Lol.Has nothing to do with seniority. My experience has been they generally don't give women a hard time about numbers.
I make my numbers though. I just don't make my RTB.Has nothing to do with seniority. My experience has been they generally don't give women a hard time about numbers.
Again seniority has nothing to do with RTB. You being a woman and on a country route, I'd be surprised if you were hassled about RTB times.I make my numbers though. I just don't make my RTB.
Maybe it's just because I'm a nice person and my manager likes me. Lol.Again seniority has nothing to do with RTB. You being a woman and on a country route, I'd be surprised if you were hassled about RTB times.
