We can barely get pm to make pu. Dispatch always gives us any pu they can to prevent the pm couriers from asking for help. Yet pm never helps on Mothers Day or another day that they can put in a full day.

I was always to busy getting pups for full time routes that just drag their feet during peak. "Can you drive 20 miles out of your way to do all of rt 123 pups, he still has 20 deliveries and no break yet" literally my favorite peak message

I have a friend who worked in Colorado a few years ago. He told me many of the sub-divisions aren't on any maps, so the couriers draw the maps and hand them out.

Most of my new subdivisions in North Texas area are not on Google/Bing maps. The only save is going to the city hall to get some engineered maps and have Fdx Office run off some copies for me and swing drivers.

Certain states are just building so fast Google and Bing just can't keep up. Everyday there's a new street that didn't exist the day before

We used to always start at normal time or earlier the last 2 weeks, our first truck was generally always on time.

As for RTB there has been more times than I can count that I would just shuttle around collecting out bound so everyone could stay out and get the deliveries off

Not sure about other stations around the area, but we have a weather delay phone message that they want us to use to save on OT and preserve hours for long days. People look at me like I have 3 heads when they see me punching in at my scheduled start time. LOLs.
