I never have a problem losing pens. Though my delivery notices fall out from time to time. Not worried about those but if they fall out then so do my lottery tickets. :eek:

It's funny how weird a lot of us are about pens. Not a fan of the UPS pens. I like the clear blue Bics or any good push ball point. Pencils can work better in the bitter cold, except for on letters when service crossing, the shiny cardboard & plastic pouches are so much of the actual parcel, it's ridiculous. Sharpies come in handy on occasion as well. Just don't ever use a pencil to fill out your DVIR... God forbid!

Tucked over ear/under cap, & in DIAD pouch (where I also carry infonotes, those would melt in my shirt pocket).

There's a few places on some of the routes that have free pens, with a rubber grippy part where you typically touch when you write...

That with the fact the pens are 2-3 times the thickness of a normal pen works good to stay in the pocket.
