The vaccine doesn't prevent you from getting covid. Whether symptomatic or not, any vaccinated person would have to quarantine also.

For the most part, yes. Breakthrough infections aren't very common and the vaccines reduce the likelihood of hospitalization and death in those breakthrough cases. Hope this helps.. .
