Based on the wonderful agreement of the port workers pay going from 39-63 and hour…..I can’t be the only person thinking we got the shaft in the last contract?? What we got is a joke in 2024.

We're at the top of our industry as far as wages.

$45/hr is not a joke for what we do. I would have liked to have seen wage progression go back to 90 days. Maybe next contract.

Fair point….on pensions….some get a small pension….some get none. I didn’t know that until I did a quick Google search.

Too many other companies out there undercutting us.

Perhaps but we've got to keep up with inflation.

Even if you go back decades and compare it to today's dollar value, our wage is relatively consistent.

We can't let it slip.

Too many other companies out there undercutting us.

Well Amazon is subsidizing delivery with their other businesses, it's a loser for them.

FedEx is flushing itself down the toilet.

We're doing okay I think.

90 days? wow that would have been nice. Heck I would have loved 2yrs (I hit 2 yrs last Jan XD). But we live by what we get.

Not sure about other areas but around here DHL actually pays more per hour into their pensions than brown does.
