Progression to top rate

So since I’m under the last contract and been driving full time as a driver for two years this August, would I still be on the four year progression if they were to change the progression to top rate say for example from four years to two years with the new contract?

Progression will not go down so stop worrying about it.

We all have to wait and see what will be negotiated on the supplement next month. Last I heard progression staying at 4yrs but you will get a raise. Were you a cover driver first? The new rates in the west would be if UPS agrees start $21 1yr$23 2yr$24 3yr$28.75 4yr$41.18.

Never did understand why there is such a huge difference between year 3 and 4. And what the heck is up with those progression numbers!? Out here for 22.3 it is $15,$17,$20 and then top scale which is like $30.XX right now. It needs to be more equal. Not with crazy bumps.
