PT Sup to hourly union employee

The company as a whole has changed a lot over the years and your experiences will change with each new full time sup you get. .. some of the full time supervisors still believe in what this company was started on, it's people , but since we have gone public it's hard to find that and upper management that supports that idea

I've seen pt sups get bullied and intimidated by even other pt sups. Its crazy. Worse job at ups, I'd rather hang on and stick to doing the grunt work with peanut pay than having my dignity taken away from me for few extra dollars and empty promises.

I agree it happened to me after 19 years I as gone! at least you have union reps to help you.

As a part time sup if you speak out and your not in the in crowd your toast.
