Question about wages

Hey guys... So i've been a permanent driver for nearly 2 years. 2/4/12 is my senority date. In the new contract i noticed that days worked while seasonal will count towards full wage progression days. I was seasonal for 2 years straight... Will i have those days counted towards my progression and get bumped up to top rate?

No. But you are under the old contract and the progression is shorter.

I think you mean nearly 3 years. If 2/4/12 is your seniority date, you are under the 3 year progression and should be at top rate 2/4/15. I haven't seen the language you are referencing about the days worked before attaining seniority counting towards your progression.
