Oscar-winning star Ernest Borgnine dies at 95 | Entertainment - WCVB Home
I just saw him on an interview in the past week.....he really looked and sounded good. That's too bad.
They said "Ernest Borgnine's Dead" on TV.
Always enjoyed his characters.
I loved that guy. He was uglier than a mud fence but always had a smile on his face. I remember going to the drive in with my parents and seeing him in "The Posiedon Adventure" back in '73 or so. I also liked his "Cabbie" character in "Escape From New York."
He was like George Burns, you figured the guy was so old he would just never die.
You scooped moreluck ! Congrats!
Yeah, I was in & out of 5 stores today and about dead on my feet tonight.
Ernie has a very special place in my heart.
Growing up in Milwaukee, I learned to respect this man and his contibutions to the Circus Parade.
One of the most enduring stars. R.I.P.
I salute you mchale rip
