Ive been with UPS goin on 15 years. Just went full-time. Im at $22.34 an hour. My question is, will I continue to get my general wage increases while in my progression? Or will I stay at my current rate till I hit my 36 month progression? The 36 month progrossion rate is $25.00

You will stay at your current rate till you get the third year of progression.

I received the .70 cent raise and I am in the 2nd year of driver progression (central). There seems to be a lot of goofy payroll issues going on, I wouldn't be surprised if I lose that raise, as I thought I was red circled as well.

My union rep said that I would. I dont think I will. I am in central region too. Guess I will have to wait till August to find out for sure...

If you are under the old progression you will get the .70 as of Aug1. If after getting the .70 you are still under the new rate, you get the new rate. If the .70 puts you over the new rate you get the higher rate.
