The democrats are saying that doing away with the estate tax is for the rich.......think about it. If hubby & I are rich and we die and leave everything to our kids...........our kids aren't rich. They couldn't afford to pay taxes on stuff that was already taxed and paid by us. This double & triple taxing is not right. You don't punish folks for doing well.
Liquidating our stuff would involve a lot of work.

The money your employer pays you has been taxed already as well. For that matter whenever you buy something and is taxed that money has been taxed already as well. It really is a stupid argument.
