Have you ever noticed when people are trying to sell their car, boat or RV and they park it on the grass and then don't bother to move it when they mow their lawns? You can always tell how long the item has been "For Sale" by the length of the grass underneath it and can use this as a "negotiating tool" when trying to make the deal.

Pretty nice. And I do get asked, almost daily, to keep my eyes open for such and such a pkg. Now, how to downsize it to avatar size.
