i had a drunk homeless looking guy tip over off his bike into the street just as i was pulling out on it. it was dark , a lot of glare and reflections , i dont know how i saw him. i threw on flashers on the very busy road and was about to jump out and throw him up on curb but he managed to crawl up, so i left. a week later a homeless man was struck and killed in the same manner...

Its all good.
Bad news all around, for the victim, his family , the driver, and his family.
Even if the driver couldn't have avoided it, he still has to deal with this for the rest of his life. And will probably lose his job no matter what, and his family will suffer along with him.
