If you get hit, file an incident report, even if you believe you are okay. Never know, you may not feel it until the next day or two.
This is probably the only way to fix this. They don't like seeing incident reports racking up, so they'll make an effort to stop it if you're constantly filing one for being hit by a box. It's sad to have to do it this way, but it's probably the only way.

Never hesitate to file on a union member, especially if they are the source of the problem.
It's only Tuesday and I've already filed on 2 drivers just this week.
The rah rah union stuff is B.S. You have to look out for yourself, especially if you are a part-timer, because believe me no one else gives a :censored2:.

Correct. You file on supervisors for working conditions. If they weren’t so busy being scabs/doing bargaining unit work, they could actually SUPERVISE and train.

They just suck so bad all around that they can’t even do the actual job correctly, let alone supervise/train.
