There aren't many things that I do in this fashion, but I wore the hat last year and I will wear it this year. If it causes a problem then I will deal with it then.

You are right, it shouldn't be a big deal. But some sup's/mgr's make it a big deal. Hat's off to you if you get to do it. Some of us can't.
