yea but your logic says its millennials fault they cant afford the rent.
its fair to ask someone to act more justly and morally even when you are not perfect yourself. they can tell you to do the same. thats better than both of you shutting up which is probably what jordan peterson is saying.
just think about what your guy is saying: hes saying if youre not perfect then shut up. thats ridiculous. most people have their problems. having a problem doesnt mean they shouldnt fight for justice. whats jordan petersons position on justice? hes probably one of these guys who has low standards.
we live in a society where people keep their heads down out of fear of what will happen to them if they act morally. we live in a society where people have a hard time putting themselves in other people's shoes. do we live in a society where people act in solidarity with each other? because thats what BLM is an example of, and thats what jordan peterson is suggesting we stop doing because were not perfect. i might be wrong but i think despite BLM's shortcomings like property destruction, its still worth continuing.
whos to blame for housing prices not staying in line with incomes? probably the banks.
whos to blame for incomes not rising relative to inflation since 1973?
really everyone is to blame, few are completely innocent and are actually doing their part, but not everyone is to blame equally. you can blame the greediest

s the most.
jordan peterson is likely a sham and he wouldnt debate richard wolff when richard wolff reached out.
nobody is perfect. if hte right wing was so concerned with property destruction in the name of democracy they shouldve done something more productive about it instead of crying about it online. also the right wing could have been against hte wars which by definition are property destruction would have been more morally consistent, which they also didnt do. im guessing hte BLM property destruction was premature, but im not a pacifist and neither are many of hte guys i listen to.
