Doubt the Supreme Court will uphold. John Roberts has always been concerned about the legacy/legitimacy of the Court and wouldn't want it to be the reason for such a massive change in government. He and Coney Barrett or Kavanaugh would probably vote with the lefties to reverse it 5-4.
