I am an RPCD and our center is starting Saturday ground. If I am laid off Monday due to 22.4 stealing our work on Saturday, can I bump a 22.4 on Saturday to get my 5th day of work? I

This language was terrible this contract makes me want to pukeNope. Our fearless union leaders guaranteed the 22.4s 40 hours a week but us RPCDs are only guaranteed 40 IF WORK IS AVAILABLE.

If you're scheduled to work Monday and show up on time you're guaranteed 6 hours.

@BigUnionGuy can probably tell you if that's correct or not.
We have no problems here. Must be because we have superior negotiators that negotiated better language in our supplemental agreement. It's horrible language

Don't be hard on yourself. Just stop electing people that promise you a yellow brick road but negotiate a inferior supplemental agreement.
