I am an RPCD and our center is starting Saturday ground. If I am laid off Monday due to 22.4 stealing our work on Saturday, can I bump a 22.4 on Saturday to get my 5th day of work? I

Not sure where you are on the list but they'll be begging you to come in soon enough. We have almost 50 routes going out Saturday and only 25 22.4's and 10ish TCD's. Take into consideration the runners that are out injured there are regularly 10 or more RPCD's forced in every Saturday.

We have no problems here. Must be because we have superior negotiators that negotiated better language in our supplemental agreement.
