Seniority question

If there are people in my hub with more seniority than me (all working preload), and they are not driving currently due to age/dui/not currently interested. Will they eventually be able to bump me back to preload if they decide to drive? Or if I become a driver before them and get my (30-90?) days in, will I be above them when it comes down to driver seniority?

If you get full time they can't.

Everything would go by FT seniority then, and you would have more than them.

Ok I will be above them only if I get full time before they start driving. But getting in the 30-90 whatever days, does not mean I am full time. If I am back and forth between driving and the hub, I am not safe from them? lol

Just do a good job and try not to worry. Remember they have to qualify too.

They normally don't put up another bid, until the first drivers are through their time. But if they bid 3 cover drivers, and you and them sign it, they should get the seniority over you.
