'Happy management' has no incentive to fix problems.

Happy management also stays the hell out of your way and lets YOU provide the service that your customers are paying for. The job is hard enough without management getting involved and making things worse.

For consistent pickup times of + or - 15 minutes I will need a consistent dispatch with the same streets everyday with no cuts, adds or increase in the number of stops. If you cannot accommodate me then I cannot give you what you are asking for.

Soberups I would give them the phone number to Atlanta and not the center manager or account exec. They will just blow smoke up their pant leg and nothing will get fixed. Have them go to the top to complain to someone who may change things.
