My friend plays in a band called Slampilot. He has a small studio in his basement and every now and then we get together and record songs that we've always wanted to play. These first two have me on bass and vocals, and him on guitar and keyboards. They are not original, and I cannot take credit for writing them.
"Listen to the radio" was first recorded years ago titled "Atmospherics" by Tom Robinson.
"Might as well be on mars"was recorded by a local band called "Pukka orchestra"
Hope you like them.

Very Very good. I am not saying this to be nice. Vocals and music sounds Great.
Listen to the Radio is very catchy. I listened to it twice.

Mind if I forward it to my brother-in-law?
He is a "DJ's" on an Internet Radio show that plays and features music. He loves to feature music like this.
By this, I mean unrecognized artist. He promotes them.
He has an International audience. Not big time at all, but I think it and the other song warrants some play time
or consideration.

This is his site House of Prog

But you two did such a great job with it. I sent it to him and shared that
it is not original.

Michael Bolton redid sitting On the dock of the Bay by Otis Redding. He did a good job sir.

"All Along the Watchtower", was originally by Bob Dylan. Not many know that.
Mr. Hendrix got all the credit. He did it a whole lot better.:happy2:
