Yes seasonal, but also have to be in a safety meeting each morning prior to start that is off the clock as well. Is this how it is?

You should be getting paid for the safety meeting as well.

Nearly any injury while on property covered through WC, assuming you are either (1) working and on the clock or (2) attempting to clock in (even if not on paid time, but on company property). Cases that were denied workmans comp were generally things like being on lunch in a break room and something happening, where you were not being paid and also not in transition to punch in or out.

That's not true, u hurt on job it's workers comp, done deal: but they "UPS" will say " they didn't tell u to start at 745". Punch in when u walk in, if it's an issue, they will find you.
