They will put you where they need you, wear loose fitting t shirt and shorts. You can bring you a water jug. Good luck to you

Work shows or boots. Non slip soles, leather uppers.

Wear whatever is comfortable to you that allows you to move freely.

Take water/gatorade. Maybe a granola bar.

Don't bring anything you don't have too. Things tend to walk away at UPS.

Unloader/loader is the same as package handler.

Good shoes. Leave your phone in the car many buildings won't let you bring your phone in
