I'm thinking the first hundred yards would be hard and the rest impossible. Can't imagine how anyone could run 26 miles.

It's actually not as hard as you'd think if you actually train for it, still really hard, but you get use to it.

The 2011 Boston Marathon was the most amazing race I have ever seen in my entire life. The BAA is trying to get the new world record approved. I hope they are successful.

I sat here (I'm on vacation) glued to my monitor. A buddy of mine finished 44th O/A in 2:25 and change. I had all 5 of my tracking lines filled, but had many more friends running than I could keep track of. I just started running again, after a 4 month hiatus. Hopefully this will get me ready for next year.

We were on our feet shouting at the TV when Davila was duking it out with that Kenyan girl down the homestretch, awesome stuff on both the men and women's sides. Soo glad I bailed on work to watch the whole thing.
