taw ending soon

Here is my deal. On TAW and this is all new to me. Union steward told me to stay home because I will be out past the 29 days before I can return. Getting calls and texts from management telling me I still have days available ( which are 6 I believe). Worried about if I can be disciplined for not going in. Steward said don't answer the phone and just go with it. Any suggestions or answers? Not sure if I'm in the right forum also. New to this site. Thanks

If they are willing to give you 6 m more paid days then take it. Are you trying to go out on STD? If you are then stay home .

I'm a satellite driver with an hour drive. I will be out at least 3 more weeks after TAW ends and not even sure I will return after that. Depends on how I improve with my physical therapy
