Trying to log onto my teamcare account to look for a new doctor after a move and it wouldn't let me saying "unable to log in due to not having eligibility within the last two years." I was out for a week back in November due to covid, could that be a reason why? I have heard you lose benefits after not having a single punch in in a week. how would I go about getting back into eligibility?
