Chauvin was probably negligent but no way did the prosecution prove it was intentional. I think they were surprised by the guilty of all charges verdict since they were already going to push for aggravated sentencing to get a stiffer sentence on lesser charges. How can you be guilty of unintentional murder and murder at the same time? These charges are so contradictory. This was a witch trial more than anything.
If that's the case, then every trial is a witch trial. That's how charges are brought against a defendant. Ttku....How can you be guilty of unintentional murder and murder at the same time? These charges are so contradictory. This was a witch trial more than anything.
Contradicterally? And guilty of all of them? That's how charges are brought against a defendant. Ttku....
Just read on Google News that per state law he will only be sentenced on the most serious charge. He could potentially get the maximum 40 years but under sentencing guidelines because he has no record it will most likely be the minimum 12 years. Prosecutors however are requesting additional time added to that. And because of various circumstances surrounding the case he has a good chance of getting it overturned on appeal.Contradicterally? And guilty of all of them?
They aren't contradictory. That's why he is guilty on all 3 counts.Contradicterally? And guilty of all of them?
Lmao that's the best you could do?![]()

If I'm a jury and I vote any other way but guilty i'm in fear of being doxed and having the crazies come after me.How can you be guilty of unintentional murder and murder at the same time? These charges are so contradictory. This was a witch trial more than anything.
The judge said he was going to release the jurors names so no need to dox themIf I'm a jury and I vote any other way but guilty i'm in fear of being doxed and having the crazies come after me.

Manslaughter, unintentional murder, and murder don't contradict eachother? Him being found guilty of all three by a coerced jury doesn't change that, even in this backwards, upside down clown world. They aren't contradictory. That's why he is guilty on all 3 counts.
It's almost as if the judge wants a mistrial
what juror would deliver anything but a guilty verdict knowing the judge will release their namesIt's almost as if the judge wants a mistrial
Nobody was coerced. This was a diverse jury who found him guilty on all 3 counts based on the evidence given. People, especially people of color, have been convicted on much less evidence. But you cuckservatives don't cry when that happens. Instructions were given to the jury by the judge on each count. This is normal procedure in our justice system. If he is guilty on the highest count, he is guilty of the lower counts. It's really not that complicated.Manslaughter, unintentional murder, and murder don't contradict eachother? The jury selection process gave everyone an easy out to stay off the jury.what juror would deliver anything but a guilty verdict knowing the judge will release their names
