We were going to bump out our kitchen and add a morning room. Zoning now requires a water mitigation system, basically a underground field. It would have added $25k to the project!

We had a rich MF who owned a fancy resort here a few years ago build a new 50 unit vacation place about 30 feet from the lake even though set backs are 150 feet. The county threatened to make him tear it down. Next thing you know he was fined $45,000 ( chicken feed to him) and his big fancy vacation unit still stands there today. You know damn well money was thrown under the table on that one.

Nope. It's been in the mid 80s here all week. Pool was at 79° today and with mid 80s tomorrow should be about 81° tomorrow.
