That's why I said parent company. They can use whatever words they want but they still have a controlling interest. Just the same as the many companies that UPS "owns." LIke Liberty Mutual. UPS has a 51% controlling interest in LM.

Can you point to something to show that? There's no info on the LM investors relations site or annual reports that mentions UPS ownership. There's no one from UPS on their board of directors or management committee. How do they have a 51% controlling interest in this private company?
