Ballot harvesting isn't illegal in most states. It's why the Dems are doing it and the Republicans are going to have to also. Those multiple drops in ballot boxes are definitely illegal if it's just a bunch of ballots that are marked for the presidential candidate and no one else. Totally bogus.

With the possible state indictments plus the Special Counsel the DOJ can step back and say they aren't persecuting the president's likely opponent. So probably won't see a Fed case outside the Special Counsel.

Is the Special Counsel looking into the classified documents? My guess is that investigation (considering the potential material) has moved quickly.

Because if the Bragg case is weak, then why are Lindsey Graham and others acting a fool? They’re damn near wetting themselves on national TV. Republican voters are ready to burn the country down and democrats are laughing at them. Just hard to believe this is all about the pornstar payoff. Even hard to believe it’s just all about politics. It's unprecedented to indict a former president. The way Bragg has gone about it looks very partisan. We'll have to wait until the indictment is unsealed but I've heard there are several things besides the pornstar payoff like Trump signing loan papers that had false numbers. So it may prove legitimate. But even Dems are saying that of all the potential charges against Trump Bragg's case looks the weakest. We'll see.

The Stormy Daniels Case is old news and out of date.
