THE TRUMP 2024 THREAD

I just finished reading "Original Sin," the book documenting Biden's mental decline written by Jake Tapper and Alex Thompson.

I am both horrified and enraged. The Biden health coverup is the greatest political scandal in American history. Contrary to much of the reporting, the book shows there were clear signs of Biden's cognitive decline dating back to 2017.

I became more enraged by every page I turned. "Original Sin" should make every freedom-loving patriot rise up in rage.

The question left unanswered is who exactly had been running the country during the four years of Biden's presidency?

A great fraud was perpetrated on the American people and great harm was inflicted due to the radical far-left policies that were enacted.

There must be a commission to determine if the coverup rose to the level of high crimes and misdemeanors.

Crimes against the Republic were committed and those responsible must be held accountable - to the fullest extent of the law.

If that means military tribunals, so be it. I doubt, though, that the Republicans will have be able to muster the courage and moral clarity to carry that out.

The FCC should consider revoking the licenses of all broadcast outlets that knowingly took part in the coverup. Journalists must be fired.

There needs to be a full-blown cleansing of Washington, D.C. We must know who was leading our country over the past four years. Who was wielding the auto-pen?

There were two words missing from CNN's Jake Tapper and Alex Thompson from Axios: "I'm sorry."

Both have laid out the devastating truth that Democrats, the Mainstream Media and Hollywood covered up Biden's incapacity.

But they never apologized for their part in the coverup. That's the least they should do.

Even more despicable - Tapper and Thompson along with a host of other major media outlets - tried to destroy the careers and credibility of conservative journalists who dared to point out the obvious.

I appreciate that Mr. Tapper and Mr. Thompson finally told the truth, but they, too, are culpable. At the very least, they should resign from their positions. They brought great shame upon their profession.

There must be a day of reckong for the Democrats, the media and Hollywood. Even CNN's Van Jones gets that.

“The book makes it very, very clear there are people who knew and said nothing. And that is a crime against this republic. I think the Democrats are going to pay for a long time for being a part of what is now being revealed to be a massive cover-up,"

And yet the Democrats will downplay it as no big deal or Republican lies and their base will gladly accept that and 2028 will roll around and be business as usual.

Maybe not convinced the Overton window is not slowing moving away from business as usual especially with the boomer generation dieing and the zoomers holding more traditional positions.

You're getting into Glenn Beck territory.
As C.S. Lewis said history is always a period.

C.S. Lewis's phrase "history is always a period" likely refers to his view that historical periods are human constructs, shaped by the perspectives and biases of those who record or interpret them. In works like *The Discarded Image* or his essays on historiography, Lewis emphasizes that history isn't a neutral, objective timeline but a narrative framed by the cultural, intellectual, and philosophical lenses of a given era. Each "period" reflects the preoccupations, assumptions, and values of its time, often distorting or selectively presenting events to fit a particular worldview.

For Lewis, this underscores the provisional nature of historical understanding—each period is a snapshot, not the full truth, and is subject to reinterpretation as new perspectives emerge. He likely meant to caution against treating historical accounts as definitive, urging humility and awareness of our limited vantage point.

Glen Beck lost it a few years ago but I think recently he has returned closer to reality. I don't pay much attention to him anyway.

I haven’t listened to Beck in we’ll over a decade. He is a fear monger. I stopped listening to him when he said Obama was causing so much inflation that a candy bar would cost $12. That was some of the last words I heard from him.

He’s a crier, like literally tears. I don’t take him very serious.

Biden got the terrible news about prostate cancer and I bet you will not see one person on here wishing death on him. Now if it was Trump I couldn’t say the same for the tolerant left on here. We actually felt sorry for the guy and knew (Didn’t even have to read Tapper’s book) that old Joe was being used and abused and not the one making the decisions we didn’t like.

My only criticism might be it is looking like they have been covering up the cancer for a long time. It doesn't suddenly come out of nowhere to instantly become stage 4 cancer.

Dr. Kevin O'conner needs to lose his medical license here is his prognosis in february of 2024 which is after the hur interview

"President Biden is a healthy, active, robust 81-year-old male, who remains fit to successfully execute the duties of the Presidency, to include those as Chief Executive, Head of State and Commander in Chief," he said.
