Simply read the entire 49 page indictment (I did) and while I can't speak to the matter as an attorney I point to the comments of Bill Barr who described the indictment as "damning". In addition he commended the prosecution on it's thoroughness and accuracy.

It would appear that the one person who could go to jail perhaps undeservedly is Waltine Nauta. In addition what "Attorney 1" and "Attorney 2" decide to do although they are not named defendants might also impact future events.
