People keep talking about how this is unprecedented, but on average, American presidents are indicted 1.54 times per president.

When informed Biden immediately called the National Archives and they were immediately recovered. He followed the protocols and the law. As a result it was a nonissue .

Dear Leader saw it as a new opportunity to play the victim card and make millions for himself. He's always thinking about no one but himself. He's always looking for new ways to hang a quilt trip on the poor and uneducated so they'll send him money that they have little of.
He did no such thing. They knew last year that Biden had documents and it was kept quiet until after the midterms and not until this year. As for being "informed", Biden had documents stretching back to '94. So you're telling me that Biden was unaware he was taking home classified documents for nearly 30 years and had to be informed he had them? Boxes of documents in 4 locations and he was unaware? I wonder if he immediately called the IRS when he was "informed" people from other countries were secretively sending him millions of dollars? Him being so concerned about doing the right thing and all that.

There was a 4 year window whereby Biden no longer held public office. Four years was more than enough time to prosecute Biden on the basis of whatever grounds for prosecution they could uncover.

So you tell me...why didn't they do it? Is it Biden's fault that the inept Trump DOJ squandered an opportunity? Or was it a case where the DOJ believed that the evidence wasn't strong enough to favor a conviction?

Quit crabbing at straws in an attempt to feel better about the Trump matter. He brought this entire load of grief on himself. It would appear that what he never expected was that Jack Smith would produce an indictment this large backed with damning evidence an in such fashion that top dog lawyers all over the country are going before public media to marvel at it's thoroughness and professionalism. And among them Trump AG Bill Barr and Bush White House ethics attorney Richard Painter.

Bill Clinton avoided indictment by plea bargaining his way out.

Trump could have easily done the same; but he didn't.
Ok, so what's your point? Clinton had already legally out maneuvered Ken Starr. A very small victory for Ken Starr. If Starr believed that the odds for a conviction favored him it's very unlikely he would have taken the offer.

Trump could have given the boxes back and this is all over.

This is self inflicted damage.

Lol.
So you admit Biden's department of injustice is pursuing a purely political prosecution, and you're okay with it because you think Trump could have done the same to Biden.

Hilarious the hoops you people jump through to defend dear supreme leader sloppy joe.
