THE TRUMP 2024 THREAD

Did you watch Fani Willis news conference last night? She made it abundantly clear that there is long standing step by step Georgia law that creates a legal pathway for challenging Georgia election results. Instead of following that process the accused created pathways of their own that were in violation of Georgia law.

Oh BTW, did you see that one of the charged individuals was Pastor Stephen Lee. who allegedly went to an election worker's house on 3 separate occasions and attempted to get the election worker to make false statements regarding the election. The worker had to call the cops and get him off her property?

But that's today's Christian ministers for you. If you can't get people to willingly bow to your ideology you use the hammer of America law to force them to bow to it and to a false prophet named Donald Trump.
He called and asked them to consider a recount. Name one major close election that has never been challenged?

You do know what an allegation is?

The same stable geniuses that for 7+ years have been saying Trump is going to jail, are now completely convinced Trump is going to jail.

They've got him this time!
Why do these people embarrass themselves like this?

There is a clear straight forward process by which election results are to be challenged. The charges stem from a failure on the part of the Trump team to follow that long standing legal process instead developing their own ways to alter the outcome of an election.
Several of the charged are long standing attorney's with whom there is an expectation that they be fully versed on Georgia election law. They believed that they could invent a process of their own....The kind they thought they would never get caught doing. In fact they were so confident that they staked their livelihoods on it. That being their law licenses.

So no Democrat has ever said out loud they believed they won and they were cheated? Really? Are you familiar with the 1st Amendment?

It is not a First Amendment issue. We're way past that. It's a Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act issue. In this case where one sought to overturn the outcome of an election using means that ere in violation of Georgia RICO laws that are said to me even more strict than the federal version.

It's only RICO because that's all they had available. Trump still has a right to express his belief that he won and ask for a recount. Good luck with this in the appellate court.

She can't do anything about what PA,AZ, and MI AG's do regarding what may have taken place in their states that may have been influenced by the actions of the accused in Georgia. That's up to the AG's in those states as we are now seeing in Michigan. She can only provide them with the evidence her investigation uncovered.
The only way she can charge Trump is to try to make it a RICO case. Absolutely about 1st Amendment rights despite those who want to deny those rights to others.

Meanwhile there's a mountain of evidence showing Biden and his family used his position to peddle influence for tens of millions of dollars and the response by the DOJ, the liberal media, and the Democratic Party is....crickets.
And your mountain of made up nonsense means Trump is not guilty how?
