He just got reelected. In his debate with Crist he refused to say if he would.be running for president. Crist hammered him on it saying voters couldn't count on him being there to govern because he had higher aspirations.

I understand all that. Again there are prelimanary steps a candidate takes before they announce. At this point there are no signs he's even headed that way.
I won't know for sure that I'm right about Trump being on the path to victory in 2024 until I start seeing MAGA memes being posted in this thread.
In spite of him refusing to answer a direct question about it several times?

um you really dont know? there is a lot of preparation before a candidate announces. If he's going to do he'll start traveling to key primary states for speaking engagements, he'll start forming grass roots committees through the states. At the very least a skeleton crew that can quickly hit the ground running once he announces.
saying no comment makes approximately 300 million of us presidential contenders by your standard.
