I always wondered why people that say they believe the Bible ever questions or says anything bad about our leaders. I also question why they vote. What if they voted against who God put in? That would just show God they wasn’t doing “his” will. I respect Jehovah Witness because they at least believe that part of the Bible and don’t vote.

It is God who appoints our leaders, rulers, and kings, (Romans 13:1). It is God who sets kings over us, (Daniel 2:21, 5:18).

So any leader we have ever had in the world was put there by God according to the Bible.

IMO the concepts of God’s Sovereign Will, God’s Permissive Will (Free Will), and God’s Commanded Will are all at work here.

Help me understand. So does God put people in place because of what man voted? which to me seems like man puts leaders in place. That would be like me saying I make all the decisions in my house but all my decisions are what my wife tells me they are.
