The point is, which you have entirely missed, is that DeSantis is leveraging extradition of Trump to his advantage. From what I have read, including what you just posted, he needs to stop what he is doing and release Trump to NY. It's academic anyway, because this is nothing but a political stunt designed to make DeSantis appeal to folks like yourself.. Trump wants to create a media circus of his arrest and is reportedly going to appear voluntarily and make as much publicity hay as possible from the event. He will also ask you for more money, and you'll gladly fall for it.

You don’t have a point. Trump is not a fugitive and he already has agreed to face charges and turning himself in, the constitution doesn’t “require” they have to give anyone up.

I’ll be eternally grateful that I forcefully traded my FICA tax money in return for a crappy annuity that they set up rules to purposely screw me out of it unless I jump through the hoops. Thank you dear government for purposely investing in something that gives such poor returns that I could’ve done so much better. And for this, I’m supposed to be eternally grateful that I get just a portion of it back? You’re a huge fan of benefits with strings attached I guess, right? Lowest common denominator

And what statutes is Bragg prosecuting under? New York state laws....Born out of guess what?....New York state rights.

They should be very pleased to see that New York is finally cracking down on crime. There is certainly a ways to go but
the main point NY is making is that nobody's above the law.

If you want higher returns then you must accept higher risks. Didn't see anything out of you here that indicated that you are willing to take higher risks for those higher returns. And with an annuity once that principal is all spent down to zero....that's it. Doesn't matter if you've got another decade or more to live. When it's gone.... it's gone.

What do you know about my investments? What do you know about what risks I have and take. I certainly will take my Social Security since I put into it and it will be the smallest return of investment I have among the many in my portfolio. Investing is not that hard especially if you start young.
