And their own air personalities who also happen to be their employees. As for guests there is always a disclaimer stating that the views and opinions of their on air guests are not necessarily the views and opinions of the network.
But you said FOX got sued over what Darmark7 posted. That's not true and you know it.

Wrong. Fox got sued over claims of election fraud it's own employees made but couldn't prove in court. I never said anything about guests only the disclaimer networks widely post regarding comments made by the guests on their programs .

He keeps trying to make people believe that the charges stem from the Presidential Records Act when the indictment clearly states that he's being charged under the Espionage Act. It would appear that you couldn't be bothered to read the indictment.
Are you trying to tell me that you understand the PRA better than the true President?

Check yourself.
Totally exonerated!

I'm asking a simple question. Do you think a Merrick Garland led DOJ would ever treat Trump fairly? I watched a video of Biden the other day where he said they were going to do whatever is necessary to keep Trump from running again. Which is what Dems have been trying to do for 7 years.
According to the oath he took when he assumed the role of AG one has to conclude that he will apply the law fairly. Now if you have corroborated proof that he is acting in a biased and prejudiced manner then take your corroborated evidence and file your complaint with the federal ethics board charged with the oversight of these matters.

FOX specifically got sued over allowing guests to say that Dominion voting machines as well as another company's machines were rigged to change votes from Trump to Biden. Period. Dominion sued over defamation and damage to their reputation.

Yeah, that'll go far. The FBI has sat on evidence for years concerning Biden but they're going to take it seriously when I show up. Uh-huh.

I stand by the real President. If he says it. it's true.
Based on your comments it would appear that you've never actually read the indictment or the Presidential Records Act and given his public comments the last two days.....neither has he.

But in Trump's camp look what they said....."Hey. we made 7 million dollars just since the indictment"....And boosting the wallets and draining poor people's bank accounts is what this latest little con is all about.

You'll only go as far as your proof will take you. At the same time given that the House Oversight Committee is a standing committee I expect Garland will wait to see what corroborated facts contained in the committee's final report are if any before deciding to investigate the matter using his own resources before he commits them.

Oh please, the FBI Director Wray under oath denied the existence of the 1023 form where an informant told them about the bribe Biden took. But after Chuck Grassley told him he had already read the form Wray changed his tune. There's been nothing but lies and obfuscation since 2019 from the FBI. We'll see what the DOJ will do with any criminal referrals from the Oversight Committee.

And your defense of trump now is that he is liar.
Wonderful stuff the partisans are coming up with these days to defend criminals.
No it isn't, you're just incapable of discussing things honestly so you make up lies about what other people say and knock down the strawmen you put up.

I'd say you're better than this, but you're not.

Trump is as innocent as OJ Simpson. I think you need to channel the spirits of Johnnie Cochran and Robert Kardashian in order to help you pull a rabbit out of a hat Bullwinkle style. You've already got the judicial integrity of Judge Lance Ito in Aileen "MAGA"Cannon, but there are a few problems. A; The glove fits each and every time, B; There are witnesses to the crime(s), C; There is ample audio and video evidence of the crime(s), including the accused self-incriminating, and D; Trump is about 50 times dumber than OJ, and that's truly remarkable.

Okay then tell me your defense of trump and why you are asking people if they believe him when it comes to him admitting his crimes.

Trump change of strategy, which won't work. You forget that he's already self-incriminated himself over and over, and The PRA doesn't change the custody standards of Classified Documents.

Because he said "he didn't do it" and I believe him, and ...and...because I'm a MAGA Real American with a big 4x4 with a giant flag, a boat with 2 giant flags, and a hot girlfriend who wears an American Flag bikini. So, there, Mr. Gay....I showed you.
