Garland testified before Congress that he gave federal prosecutor Weiss of Delaware complete authority to do everything necessary in the Hunter Biden case. Six different people have corroborated that Weiss told them in private that he didn't have decision making authority, that all decisions were coming from above. Weiss could only prosecute crimes committed in his district. He had no authority to go after crimes committed when Hunter was a resident of D.C. or California. He would need special prosecutor status to do so and Garland has refused to make him a special prosecutor. So Garland lied to Congress. Which isn't the first time. By the book LOL.
This whole thing is helping me get over my butthurt regarding McConnell's blocking of Garland's appointment to the Supreme Court in 2016.
