My guess is he didn’t want to start a war? You’re not just going to take back territory from Russia once they have it just like it’s not going to happen now.

Anything to ensure that Trump seems strong. Nothing he does is weak.
Except his reluctance to implement sanctions. His public fawning over Putin. His public disagreements with the entire U.S. intelligence community that posited that Russia interfered in the 2016 election on his behalf. His constant criticism of NATO allies. His unending attempts to improve relations amidst all the Russian controversies and aggression.
Lenient and WEAK.

One of a few things I agree that Trump is, is strong. One of the things I agree on the left is that Biden was the weakest leader we ever had in history. a complete embarrassment in regards to the view of strength in America. No one and I mean, no one feared or respected Biden not even his own party..
The war never would’ve started with Trump in office that is a guarantee. It’s interesting that Democrats are the ones in charge that keep losing all this land in Ukraine and then blame Republicans.

The Ukrainians were killing Russians as well. At that point there was plenty of blame to go around and then Russia pull the trigger after Trump left.
